5, 7, 10, 12 DAYS YOGA INTENSIVE COURSE
Our course is designed for beginners and intermediate yoga students. During the course you will be introduced to the foundations of yoga in both Ashtanga and hatha styles of yoga.
A long time experienced yoga teacher will explain you the right way of sequences and alignments of the poses in order to enable you to Self practice safely upon completion of the course. The course goes beyond asana practice and is complemented by classes of yogic philosophy, pranayama, mudras, mantras and meditation.
