Khushboo has began learning yoga in early 2000 and began teaching in 2016. Her expertise is in Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Adjustments & alignments , Meditation and Yoga Nidra. She completed her 200hrs Multistyle teacher training from Trimurti Yoga School, India in 2016 and 300hrs training from Sri Sri School of Yoga,India in 2018. She is an ERYT 200 and RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance. In the past four years she has given more than 3000 hours in classes and workshops. She holds a bachelors degree in fashion as well and level 1 & 2 certification in Thai Yoga Massage.
Between 2014 and 2016 Khushboo worked for an NGO, and lived in an Ashram where she worked in the administration department and helped people to get connect to the NGO to recover them from their past traumas,depression, self hatred, anger isssues , fear etc. She sees teaching as a service to help people discover the knowledge of the physical body and the workings of the mind. Her idea is to bring peace in the society by harmonizing their body with mind and soul for which she keeps learning something new every now and then. She brings a warm heart and openness to her practice and loves introducing people to the benefits of meditation and yoga. Her classes are gentle and present delivered in English and Sankrit with uplifting music and minimalist demonstrations and maximum hands on adjustments. She aims to live a yogic lifestyle and lead her classes in a way that reflects the choice.
Currently Khushboo resides in Dharamshala and teaching in Aranya yoga, beside this she is also studying Reiki, Past Life Regression Therapy and Art therapy.
